I like the approach in making your points flow with clarity.<br /><br />Truly, mind together may produce much more than each one on its own. I find by practice this is true.<br /><br />However; I find that collective thinking is sometimes influenced by the first opinion. Group thinking is affected by the virus of the first idea. <br /><br />I usually make a combination. I ask few of my staff to think individually. I then invite two or three for brainstorming. Then, I invite one or two more to join. These last two are not affected by the on-going discussion and they tend to throw new ideas.<br />So, individual thinking plus gradual group thinking works best for me.<br /><br />Again, a lovely post you wrote that deserves visiting frequently.ali ananihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17948497521950629086noreply@blogger.com
